  Absolutely amazing this guy has done a outstanding job on mine and my familys phones. Even fixed a phone that was completely frazzled. Can not fault him always friendly and never any silly prices!! Will always go to the mk2combuting and will always recommend him :-)

  Really odd and subpar experience. They were able to restore 4gb of 80gb of files from a memory stick. Told me they had done them all. Strung me along for a long time telling me the job was done and no problem and then delaying. Couldn't help but be disappointed when they had told me it was all fine and they had fixed it all when they hadn't. I asked if they could rescue some specific files for me I desperately needed. Again, took longer than they said. I had to keep ringing. They told me it was done. I went to the shop... it wasn't done. Waited a week. Told me it was done. Got home. Nothing done. Worst, they kept telling me they had tried to ring when I know they hadn't. If I was being kind, I would say this is poor communication. If I was being realistic, I think they were being extremely dishonest. If they had just been straight with me from the start I would have been happy they had rescued the files they had, but instead I feel very deceived and strung along. Would not recommend.
